Human Resources services are offered to Human Resources Management and General Management and with the objective to provide counsel for specific projects in relation to the general activities of the Human Resources function (recruitment, organization, professional development, HR audit etc.)
These services might be regarded by organizations that are getting established in the region and that needs to build their HR activities and develop the team that will take over.
In addition, if General Management is considering changes in the organization, this counsel provides an outside look to review organizational structures and Human Resources needs.
